Ownership, Conservation, Maintenance And Renovation Of Public Ancient Monuments

3B. Ownership, Conservation, Maintenance and Renovation of Public Ancient Monuments : Ownership of the public ancient monuments shall be vested in the Department of Archaeology. The Department of Archaeology shall conserve, maintain and renovate such public ancient monuments.
